Founded in 1996 by Dr. Alan F. Bain, Chicago Health And Wellness Alliance is a family practice that provides you with a unique blend of clinical therapies designed to eliminate disease. Led by Dr. Alan F. Bain D.O., Chicago Health and Wellness is a leading proponent of the value of melding together the best of both eastern and western medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.

Dr. Bain received board certification as a General Internist in 1995 and was trained at the University of Illinois. He did his undergraduate work in Biology at the University of Illinois, and received his medical degree from the Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. In addition to his Internal Medicine practice, Dr. Bain is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Practice Medicine at the University of Illinois Medical School and a frequent lecturer on the therapeutic benefits of a holistic approach to wellness.
